Emraan’s dark side

Emraan Hashmi is looking hot in Once Upon A Time in Mumbai. The movie is based in the 70s, and has been a huge challenge for the actor.

“ Once Upon A Time in Mumbai is a different kind of film. And I am very excited about it. It has given me an opportunity to play a different character,” says Emraan.

For his part, Emraan has played dark characters or characters with shades of gray in most of his movies . “That’s something which excites me about this role. Most of my roles in my films have me portraying a dark character. But each character I’ve played has been different, which is what is challenging,” he says.

Like other actors, Emraan also wants to be successful, “Everyone joins the industry for success, and the same thing applies to me. But I really want to do some quality work. And after working withAjay Devgn, I have been inspired. He is one of the finest actors in Bollywood, and he doesn’t believe in competition. He does his work, and that’s what inspired me,” adds Emraan.

Prachi Desai plays the lead opposite Emraan Hashmi in Once Upon A Time in Mumbai, which also stars Ajay Devgn and Kangana Ranaut. The movie will release on July 30.
